Medis Technologies Schedules Second Quarter Financial Results
and Conference Call

today that it will issue its financial results for the second quarter
ended June 30, 2008 prior to the opening of the stock market on Monday,
August 11, 2008. Management will also conduct a conference call later
that morning at 10:00 AM Eastern Time to discuss these results and the
current status of its business operations.
